AciBASE
Welcome to AciBASE!
AciBASE is an MRC-funded online data resource created for the Acinetobacter research community.
AciBASE aims to help researchers exploit Acinetobacter whole-genome data, for the study of Acinetobacter epidemiology, molecular evolution and biology - particularly antibiotic resistance and virulence.
AciBASE is hosted in Professor Mark Pallen's lab at the University of Birmingham.
Find out more about the goals of the AciBASE project and keep tabs on the project through our blog.
